Leith Comedy Festival

Leithers have a strong sense community and their humour is second to none. Set in a bustling historic port town where anything can happen, this is more than a comedy festival in Leith. Leith Comedy Festival is created for Leithers by Leithers, and everyone is welcome. There are two interconnected sides to Leith Comedy Festival. 1. An expertly curated programme of world class comedians on stage, and 2. a strong community programme, collaborating with local charities and social enterprises, tailoring workshops and events to unleash the power of laughter for good. The first Leith Comedy Festival was due to launch over a weekend in October 2020. Due to Covid we created an outdoor comedy tour and have delivered various Zoom workshops. Our first live traditional stand up show was at The Biscuit Factory in October 2021 and was a huge success. Here's to many more!
