Tried buying a ford from here but the selling tactics were so strange and the guy just seemed pretty unreliable. I don't know who the other reviewers spoke to but I wouldn't trust this garage and suggest going somewhere else!

Bought a Mercedes Benz. Lovely clean car, but had a few minor issues to start with. We contacted Steven and he told us to bring the car straight back to him. He checked out the problems, got them fixed and paid for a new battery. The after sales service was excellent. We were so pleased.

Weirdest experience I've ever had trying to buy a car... arranged to go see the car at the car lot had a look round it and a test drive was going to buy the car, said to the guy can I have a minute to phone my wife? (As I had said I'd phone her to let her know if I'd need picked up) and the guy goes "look I'm not wasting my time here either buy the car now or just forget it - I'm not running back and forward the cars a good price - I told you on the phone you could only see it if you were going to buy it today - didn't I (which he didn't as who'd agree to buy a car before they seen it?)" I was about to explain the phone call and he goes "right let's go buy the car or get out"...

would not recommend to anyone.

Bought a fantastic car from Lenzie Trade Centre. My experience was just perfect. Stephen should be commended for his approach. He gave me good honest advice and helped in every way...... The car was well prepared and ready to go. I really cant say anything more here - it was the perfect car buying experience..... I will try to buy all my future cars from Stephen....

Bought the car 5 months ago. Barely walked into the shop, not even said hello, he asked me if I wanted to buy it or not. If not, his tone suggested I should go back to my mother's. Test drive consisted of him getting in the car and driving me up the hill. He let me drive it down, for what probably was 2 minutes. Didn't allow me enough time with the car. Would have spotted illegal tyres, broken mirror and non-parking wipers. After I bought it, every month something went wrong and had to go to a private garage to get fixed. 3 months after purchase, it failed it's mot - a £500 bill came with it. A month later, present date, broke down in traffic with engine light on and running on 3 cylinders. Lesson learned: stay away from him and never buy vauxhall. Buyers be ware.

What can I say FANTASTIC SERVICE Steven (car salesman) very easy to talk to cars on show look great priced great not road runners good cars I love my wee Punto I bought so in my opinion GOOD place to buy a car

bought my son his first car from lenzie trade centre, had it for 1 year (TROUBLE FREE), now purchesd another car for my wife and daughter, customer service was really good, very helpfull, actually went out of his way to accommodate us.Have recommended to family and friends.
