we had a lovely experience here at the hotel. After a hectic day shopping in Glasgow we popped in for something to eat . The food was lovely and we were especially impressed with bar tender Marc he looked after us and made our day, nothing was to much trouble for him . would certainly go back .

Went in to see the venues available for my partners 30th birthday and was shown the perfect room which met all our needs and more

Tracy was great with explaining the rooms available and the uses each room came with and even suggested things we didn’t think of.

Would defiantly book here again especially when everyone was so friendly and helpful

Went for dinner with my partner. Food was delish, had a three course though my eyes were bigger than my stomach! Could not fault the service here. Prices were reasonable, atmosphere was great and Kerry our waitress took very good care of us and rounded up our experience there to be exceptional. We'll definitely be coming back.

We had drinks at the bar and after a busy week at work. We were served by Marc who was very pleasant and polite. We will definitely be back for more drinks. Marc is a credit to your bar. We hope to see him when we come back.

This is a great hotel to rest because we've had a long day. Marc our bartender is amazing as he poured us all a guiness which really fixed almost everything. Glasgow is a lovely place to visit.

Stayed here for the first time recently and had a lovely time! Great service and very approachable staff, in particular a young girl Phoebe made us feel very welcome, was oozing kindness and wanted to help us the best she could! Will definitely be back, thank you!

Spent the night here last week from checkin to checkout my experience within the whole hotel was exceptional Ashley on reception was very welcoming always nice to be greeted with a smile, the food was lovely the rooms clean and comfortable 5 star at a fraction of the price look forward to visiting again soon.

Popped in for a few drinks. Lovely atmosphere and although very busy the lovely young bar man Marc was friendly,polite and speedy!!! Will definately b going back. Thanks for great service young man.

My stay here was amazing, excellent service and to top it all off the girl behind the bar, Phoebe, pointed me in the right directions to make my stay even better.

Lovely stay at the hotel. The bar staff were particularly friendly when I was there. I remember being served by Marc and Calum on separate occasions. Will come back again when I get the chance.

Hadn’t been to the ‘Pond’ for years, passing last week and decided to stop for something to eat, glad we did. It has changed so much. Lovely staff, very efficient and polite especially our waitress Rebecca, thank you.

Had an amazing wee night here with friends, great staff all round, special mention to Rebecca who could not do enough for us! Definitely be back!

Had a lovely overnight stay at this hotel. Very close to the West End with its many bars and restaurants. Rooms were very comfortable and we had a lovely breakfast in the morning. The staff were very pleasant, the young man who works in the bar, Marc poured us a lovely night cap, well maybe it was a few nightcaps, he was very attentive and funny and made our evening very enjoyable.

Ended up here after our flight was cancelled. Despite our late booking, the staff was very accommodating, including our waiter, Marc, at the hotel’s restaurant. They helped us make the best of an inconvenient situation.
