Over the past 2 years Fred has helped Edinburgh College set up a link of exchange students with Lycée Hôtelier Dinard in France.
When the French students are in Scotland, Fred makes sure they are given a proper welcome and are taken on lots of exciting field trips, kitchen visits and dining experiences.
Last week, Fred was made an ambassador of the college and given this lovely award. 👏👏👏
