My aim is to support families to a place of wellbeing where communication, understanding and love ultimately leads to a happy life of their own making. Stress, anxiety, pressure, deadlines at work or school combined with ever expanding demands on our personal life mean we get all bent out of shape at times. In modern culture, this has become our norm but it doesn't have remain that way. I work with parents and families to look at what's causing life to feel so disjointed, find ways for them to reconnect and bring a sense of balance to a place where chaos once ruled. My ethos is about doing less not more and understanding how unconscious beliefs, communication, expectations can get in the way to that harmonious life we are striving to achieve.
