Lovely pictures of the estate taken by Paul (and Jack the Cocker Spaniel) whilst walking the postal path from Kinlochewe to Letterewe. The path runs all the way to Poolewe and was used for postal deliveries to the rural communities on the Letterewe side. The ruins of houses can still be seen. A great walk when staying at the Lodge

A funny old week with sun, showers, wind, rainbows and fog. A mixed bag but Letterewe never fails to take your breath away with the views and wild life. Plenty of eagles, goats, their new born kids and deer to be seen in the hills and around the lodge.

She may be small but the bigger the stick the better she likes it. Yesterdays one was so big she dragged it as she couldn't get it off the ground. Today's was smaller although she did come to an abrupt halt when she tried to pass between two close trees 🤦‍♀️😂 #ziggythepom

Storm Brendan came for a visit with a few rumbles of thunder, high winds and rain, rain, rain. Now all is quiet and peaceful for the minute and the deer are down grazing outside the lodge. Perfect ❤

Today the sun and blue sky showed its face so it was time to explore and do some photography for our pages. Slow going as everytime i turn round the views make me grab my camera. I love the drama of winter skys.

Nearly half way into January already where does the time go. It's been wet and windy today but the sunrises and sunsets we get make up for the bad days. 🌄
