We have used Letting Solutions for many years now and have always found them to be extremely friendly and helpful to work with. Vacant properties are filled quickly and tenants carefully matched to properties, to everyone's satisfaction. Good advice and support from Lynn and her team.

We have used Letting Solutions for almost two years and in that time have found them very helpful and respond quickly to any issues on both sides. Gives landlords piece of mind especially as we live abroad.

People in general tend to use these internet review sites to have a good old moan about things rather then show an actual positive experience. As a landlord I have been using Letting Solutions to mange my properties since 2001 and over that time have not encountered any problems. When any of my properties becomes vacant it is filled extremely quickly with more quality tenants. My properties are regularly inspected with useful feedback emailed to me.

Letting Solutions have managed our properties for over 15years. The Staff have always been pleasant to deal with and have the best interests of Landlords and Tenants in mind. I certainly would not consider going anywhere else.

I have been in different properties managed by different agencies across Britain; letting solution was the best by far. They conduct frequent property checks up and regular maintenance without a request from the tenant. As normal, there is an occasional conflict between the tenant and landlord. However, I found letting solution management and staff are very professional and friendly in dealing with conflict. I would definitely recommend Letting Solutions for tenants and landlords.

I don't think a company could provide a worse service than these muppets. Money snatching, blackmailing, unprofessional, greedy and down right stupid management teams have resulted in this shambles of an organisation. What a shame.

I have been with Letting Solutions for over two years and have had a great experience with the team. Nothing was a bother to them and the staff in the office were very polite and helpful. The team have a friendly but professional approach which helped a long way to keeping on top of things.

Extremely unhelpful throughout tenancy; took 3 months for them to respond to essential maintenance that needed carried out on the property.

When we asked to move out they were very unprofessional and asked us (the tenant) to pay for marketing fees ~ £500.

We were only in the property for 6 months however we felt let down by them on multiple occasions.

You have just backed up my statement about how unprofessional your company is; how is it ok to post details (incorrect and unfair details) about my tenancy on something so public?

I never once said a bad word about the landlord I do not have an issue around that or any decisions that came from the landlord I think you will find my comments were around how the letting agency handled our tenancy.

The essential maintenance was reported several times by myself through email and voicemail and not dealt with. It is not up to the tenant to make contact with repair services this falls under your remit.

We merely enquired about moving out early; we did not demand or cause any upset with this.

It is clear to see reading other reviews that we are not the only people unsatisfied with the service we received. All reporting similar upsets.

Also may I add I am unsure about the truthfulness in 'Google Users' however you did just give yourself a 5 star review from your own Lettings account?!

The two reviewers Stephanie and Darren have not explained that they shared a property and that both are talking about the same tenancy.

We believe the “3 months” comment relates to a plumbing case where Scottish Gas attended for a repair promptly, but the tenants subsequently failed to report that the issue had not been resolved, entirely the reason for delay, but when eventually reported by the tenants the repair was carried out promptly.

Stephanie has also not explained that in asking to move out the tenants wished to vacate the property early thereby breaking the terms of the lease. The landlord was naturally disappointed by this, and legally entitled to enforce the lease, but agreed to early termination, being prepared to forego rent subject to some costs being covered but still with a significant saving to the tenants overall. In the event the tenants decided to stay until the end of the lease thereby incurring no costs other than those attributable to rectifying a damaged worktop, dealing with a carpet burn, and some cleaning, all due to the tenants.

We are here to support clients in difficult circumstances.

Regarding Darren’s comments about delays in Letting Solutions responding to repairs, these are simply untrue. We have checked our logs and all requests for repairs were dealt with promptly in writing. All in all we believe the landlord treated the tenants kindly and professionally, being prepared to accept a potential loss of income, and she was also understanding in relation to damages in the property.

Darren’s comments about “Google users” are particularly unfortunate and indeed libellous having no basis in fact whatsoever. We have no control over Google’s rules which allow people to post reviews anonymously.
