clearly a money driven establishment!

overwhelming bad serves such rude staff! the owners attitude abysmal at best. The realty of it is you can only rob someone ones and it is safe to say they will never rob me again. When you buy something you dont just buy the item, you buy the service ! At Libby and Libby you get cheap products and cheap service. truly an unconscionably bad shop that has a huge crunch on itself . no wonder i heard it burnt down #hotshit

Very rude staff!! Can't wait to get you off the phone! Very impatient, crap customer service, fake smiles and rush you. A ton of better shops everywhere else where someone will appreciate your custom!

Awful after sales. Once they have your sale they aren't interested.
Having purchased too many rolls I returned them as you would expect anywhere else. It was only four days after my purchase. She had the opertunity.

When I bought them I said I'd take extra just incase. The assistant didn't say oh don't just incase. Apparently there's a postcard size notice on a far wall. They also print it on the receipt you get make the purchase so not any good.

Fair enough they have a policy but a genuine mistake has been made. Manager doesn't have authority to give refunds. Phoned the owner not interested. I asked to speak to the owner and said I'd wait till she was available.
She phoned the police. That's what she thought of a dissuaded customer.
I'd spent £200 in store on good faith. They wanted to give me a 6 month credit note for store credit. Don't know anyone who decorated twice a year.
I didn't want credit as its not legal tender and no use if the store closes down and given the way they were crashing hold of my money you have to wonder if it's in hard times.
Anyway I had to give up. I didn't see anything else suitable so £105 out of pocket due to holding too much trust in good customer service and practice.

Papers nice and staff friendly pre sales. But will laugh in your face if you have a problem with any your purchases.

Went into Libby Libby end of July 2assistants stood chatting and i couldnt get by them to go up an asile even though they could see me standing, i said excuse me 1 let my pass. As i was browsing i couldnt believe the language from the 2 asisstants, the swearing was terrible, i left quickly as i had my young daughter with me and i wont be back.
