People will always find something to criticise you about. It usually comes from their own insecurities and their ego. My very good friend recently said to me “never let anyone try and turn your head. Just keep on your own path... that’s what’s important” very wise lady she is!

It’s so sad that the over harvesting of sage is causing this destruction. Some sellers are certified ethical harvesters but it still has many air miles to get here. This is why I tell people in Scotland they should not buy sage. We have many great native plants to work with here in the UK. For the last 2 years I have ran classes teaching people how to grow, harvest and burn herbs. I will be running smudging classes again this year on the 6th July and 14th September. I also sell smudge sticks such as Rosemary, Lavender, Thyme and currently have some cedar drying. Please get in touch if you would like to buy some or would like some advice 💖
