If you’d like to give a spin class a try, join us for a class on a Monday! There are 5 spin classes available, meaning there should be a perfect class to suit you!
If it’s an early morning blast, a beginners class, or an evening blow out that you’re after, we’ve got them all! If you’re new to spin, we have ‘Beginners Spin’ 10:30-11:15 which would be perfect for you! Or if you’ve attended a spin class before and enjoy a social cycle, Andy’s evening class could be... the one, from 18:15-19:00!
