£15 bottles of prosecco were yummy! Loads of gluten free options. Great service :)

Clean and spacious. Food good. Ok for children but is on the expensive side.

Very busy at weekends. Small cosy mini-booths for 2 people. Food is good and decent size portions. Definately recommend you give it a go.

Great for sharing platters to full meals whatever it is the food is tasty.
The atmosphere is great and staff friendly.
We enjoy it on a Sunday for a few drinks and a bite to eat.
The prices are moderate but in line with all buzzworks.

Lovely lunch food top class well worth a try

Fabulous food and great service, the salt and pepper calimari was awesome, thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

We were waiting for the door to open at 8.30am as we were on a tight schedule. Despite opening slightly later than expected, there were no delays in service. Prompt and cheerful staff despite the early hour. It also have us the chance to savour this lovely restaurant in peace and quiet.

I understand that Lido are part of a chain of local eateries including a branch in nearby Troon and the excellent Scott's at Troon Marina. They share similar menus.

As for that menu, the breakfast choices are short but not limited. All your breakfast fare is here, with full cooked brekkies to granolas and fruits. Most of us plumped for the full Scottish Breakfast and the kids were able to satisfy their picky sides by swapping out elements they didn't like, which isn't something we can always do.

The food itself was excellent. We left with 5 clean plates - even the eggs (usually pushed to the side by said picky kids) were polished off.

A lovely, relaxing and very tasty breakfast treat. Recommended!
