Life Changing Choices Description
The members area of the website allows a member to select their shopping list for the week ahead, the app notifies the user throughout day at set times based on whatever time the person leaves for their work in the morning to eat. The aim is to get the user into a routine to lead a happier and healthier lifestyle.
They will also have notifications to ensure they exercise during the day and everything is feedback to their members area of the website and they can track their progress. It is based on a 6 day week and on the 7th day you can eat what you like as long as you do it in moderation.
