My business Life Cycle was born from a never-ending process of fixing my own and my families bikes. We are always out on trails around the UK. Backcountry / Mountain and natural singletrack, trail centres and bike parks like Les Gets and Verbier. Both my children race Mini Downhills and Cross Country. We custom build our bikes to be race ready. They are club members of Wolfpax based out of Laggan Wolftrax, Scotland. I have completed my Velotech Silver and Gold at Sport Scotland’s National Centre Glenmore Lodge and I have undergone bespoke 1-1 training at Platinum Level. I am fully insured and have a full Park Tools mechanics workshop to undertake any mountain bike repair.

I am based in Aviemore where I have lived since 2004. If you are living in the Spey Valley or visiting the area on holiday or for the day. I can look after your bike or get you back on the trail.
