Third Eye Chakra
The Third Eye Chakra is at the centre of the head and is associated with the pituitary gland which is the master gland that controls hormone release. The third eye chakra is all about awareness, intuition, and guidance. Known as Ajna in Sanskrit it is an indigo colour. A lack of clarity or feelings of being stuck in daily minutiae could signal a blockage or imbalance.
Reiki and meditation can help to open the third eye, bringing increased awareness and vision to your life.
