Lifelinked is building a revolutionary new care and social networking platform called LTMTM (Log The Moments That Matter). Our platform is the first of its kind and will provide users with the ability to store memories, media and life events in a private user archive which can be shared as much or as little as desired. LTMTM allows people to connect with family, friends and carers through an innovative and easy to use cross-platform interface. LTMTM is for users of all ages, to help store memories and bring people together through shared memory recall. It will have lasting positive effects on quality of life for the elderly, with a focus on helping those with cognitive impairments such as Dementia.
