Lifescycle Description
Inspired by our own research and visits to studios in Ibiza, Sicily and London…. we brought the original Spinning® space to Edinburgh in a cool, funky, urban studio with a real community feel. Our friendly, honest and down to earth team welcomes newbies, regulars and cyclists of all abilities too…. and helps folks to attain a great sense of mental and physical health and wellbeing.

This is Andy and Moon after a great session tonight. We are really lucky to have Moon in our team. He has come from Syria and is making a new home for himself in Edinburgh. Our friends from Bikes for Refugees - Scotland SCIO introduced us. He is a great guy, a very skilled mechanic and is completely transforming our Spinning bikes. For those who know us, they understand that lifescycle, although we are not set up as a charity, we are a community based business and we have kep...t it all going for the people who love how it makes them feel. We have kept Spinning and the ‘what you see is what you get ‘ style of indoor cycling experience going for 11 years in Edinburgh ......for everyone .....we haven’t had the money to replace our bikes and have been looking for someone who could give them some tlc and who understands our ethos . Moon is that man! He’s supporting the pack and being a keen cyclist, he’s starting to learn about indoor cycling from our maestro . The lifescycle team rides on....❤️🚲 so please keep coming and help us to keep that team and the community strong and together !

NewsCycle Fantastic Sunday spinning today with some new faces joining the lifescycle pack. Coffee and chat afterwards, such a great energy. Then the enchanted fairies revamped the studio. Ready for our new community friends to join the team in the back space ..... oh and for the Halloween Ride on wednesday. Please don’t forget to book yourself a bike. Get in touch if you have any problems. It’s going to be exciting. Hang out and meet new friends afterwards, feel free to bring a snack to share or a bottle of brew......
