It's over 12 years ago that my 'new beginning' was the start of LighterLife and my 5 stone weight loss. Today sees the end of my time as the LighterLife counsellor for the Inverness area. It's an emotional end as I have loved the highs, forged through the lows, met an abundance of lovely people, found some great friends and been awestruck by the amount of weight that LighterLife has helped to shift.
