Excellent customer service...Gillian went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the necklace for my mum. The packaging and necklace itself was outstanding and perfect. She even went as far as printing the photo for me to make sure it fitted the locket perfectly.

I;m so thrilled I came across Lily Blanche jewellery. Its been a big year for myself and friends celebrating 50. Well what can I say about this company and the lady who runs it Gillian, I'm in such awe at how beautiful the piece of jewellery is I ordered. The attention to detail is second to none. As for Gillian this lady is just lovely nothing has been to much trouble for her she has gone above and beyond to make sure the gift I've bought my mum was perfect. I ordered a bangle on-line for my granddaughter's 21st birthday. Unfortunately, when the bangle arrived, the day after ordering, I realised that it was going to be too small. I immediately phoned and spoke to Gillian Crawford who was most understanding and said that she would replace the bangle with the larger size immediately. She had no hesitation in trusting me to return the original at my leisure. The new bangle arrived the following day as promised and we are delighted with it. I was not only really impressed with the quality of the bangle but, just as importantly, the fantastic service. Thank you so much Gillian.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lily Blanche. Beautiful products and customer service that is quite simply second to none. I ordered the charming chick pendant, a delightful quirky little thing and beautifully made, but there was an issue with the catch. However Gillian did not hesitate to resolve the problem.......a replacement was swiftly dispatched (which is perfect), together with a lovely little handwritten card and email follow-ups throughout. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for Gillian and her team & as she says herself it's really important to her that we, as customers, are happy. I can quite honestly say it was a pleasure & a breath of fresh air to deal with such a fabulous company, who are so dedicated in both the quality of their product and their customer service.
