Lime salon is amazing, the staff are friendly and professional. Have been getting my nails done by Nicole McAdam for a while now and they are always beautiful. Have now been for a facial and full massage with Hayley and it was an amazing experience. Hayley was polite, friendly and professional, she gave me advice on products and on problems that she noticed during massage. I usually go to the Inverkeithing salon but couldn't get an appointment with the girl who normally does my colour as she was on holiday. Decided since I was going to Dunfermline I would book in to get my colour done in Bridge Street. I met Yvonne Reilly for the first time she is so lovely felt like I've known her for years. Yvonne asked about the colour to see if I was happy and after I said I was she decided that she would do a cover up and gloss she explained everything. I loved the way she dried and styled it my hair looked amazing and was exactly how I like it. Thank you again xx

I love this salon, and have my haired coloured and cut. The lovely Gemma looks after my colour and always does a fantastic job. I'm pretty fussy but I never have any complaints. I had my hair cut by the equally lovely Tyler yesterday who's did a grand job. Kayleigh and Charlie have cut my hair previously too and I've never been disappointed.. I can honestly say the staff are so helpful and always make you feel welcome. Great customer service and every time I visit it just gets better. Thank you to all the the staff who make this salon fantastic. Dil back again in 8 weeks.

I love this salon I have been using the salon from the very start, I was in today again to get my hair done, an I must say Charlie was excellent so much attention to detail even when colouring and especially the cut, I showed a picture of what I liked and another of a side fringe. (Which in my opinion isn’t easy to match) Charlie got this spot on exactly what I was looking for! Money well spent! Also had Kayleigh on my last appointment she also was amazing! Brilliant service an excellent staff! Great team. Can’t wait to be back again for a touch up an some relaxation �

I haven't been well so have avoided the hairdressers mirror for a number of years ! I went to Lime in Inverkeithing initially to see my old hairdresser and he was amazing , he made sure that I was in a separate room away from the noise and people , based on this amazing experience I decided to try Lime in Dunfermline as it was closer - I was booked in with Lauren to get a colour done it took nearly 5 hours and not once did I feel uncomfortable- all the hairdressers chatted and I was given copious amounts of tea - I totally recommend the conditioning treatments as well not only do they work wonders you get 10 minutes sitting in a massage chair with your feet up !I have been back since and still experienced the same exceptional service so I highly recommend this Salon !

All the staff were so helpful and friendly and lovely salon to be in. Prices really reasonable. Had a relaxing time and absolutely over the moon with my hair �.

Had my highlights done by Yvonne last night. She took her time to understand what I was hoping for and made me feel at ease. She was super friendly and even stayed back after the shop closed to cut my hair which I had originally been told there wasn't time for. Look forward to booking with you again. Love my new colour.

Had my first visit to Lime Salon on Bridge Street today for brows and blow dry. Lovely and friendly staff who were extremely accommodating and fab to chat to. Gorgeous rustic setting with a unique seating area. The whole place was so easy to relax in.

Very efficient time wise as well as great prices. Will definitley be back.

Going to a new hairdresser can be quite daunting but from my first consultation I felt at ease in the salon and with my stylist. Louise listened to what I wanted and advised on best options to get a good result and I am in love with both the cut and my new colour.

Came in today to get a full head of highlights for summer � I have to say that my hair is a colour I never expected to get � Chloe started it off 6 weeks ago when I came in as a model and I was so pleased with the results that I thought if that’s what a student can do then imagine what a fully qualified stylist can!! Charlie got me blonde today and my hair is amazing I can’t stop looking at it safe to say I wasn’t disappointed!! Such a talented girl I’ve booked back up with her. So a massive thank you to you both I feel amazing (and to the boy who washed my hair the service was outstanding)�� xxxxx

An amazing experience from start to finish, I left feeling a million dollars having had my hair restyled by Jonathan and coloured by Dawn. This was my first visit but certainly won't be my last.

Originally put 4* after my visit, my hair looked amazing when I got it done and the girl was really nice unfortunately my forehead was stained for like 4days plus hair faded after only couple washes :(

UPDATE*** after getting invited back for my hair to be fixed. I am happy to say that I am pleased with what Jemma has done with my hair. It is much more near the colour I asked for. And if I was to go back I would probably only go with Jemma. (Picture is comments)



*picture in comments* So disappointed after my visit on 16/02/18. After they asked what I wanted and I showed the picture they said yeah great we can do this. After getting the colour on my hair, washed off and sat back in a chair for a cut & blow dry. The girl asked how I liked the colour. To which I replied 'yeah it's really nice, but no where near what I came in for today.

I went in for a purple kind of balayage, instead I got a blonder slightly ash version of what I walked in with. After the manager came over and had a look they said 'oh yeah sometimes the colour doesn't take first time, and your roots are quite light so you won't get the full benefit of the colour'

They did try and fix it by putting another toner on which still was no where near what I had asked for. Their attitude completely changed when I said I wasn't happy with it.

After 1 wash with the products they advise you use. My hair is back to what it was before.

Don't advertise that you can do it, and say in a colour consultation you can do it, and not actually deliver. Even more annoyed I had to pay £60 for something I didn't even want.

I’ve been going to lime for about a year now and absolutely loved it at the start, recently I’ve been let down with the services I’ve been provided with. I can’t fault the staff because everyone is so friendly and as helpful as can be but with quite a few disappointments now I can’t justify the prices I’m paying to be let down and I won’t be making this my regular go to anymore. I got my nails done on Thursday as I was going on holiday on Friday and burst into tears when leaving the salon as I was so unhappy with what I’d received. I had to then get another salon to fix my nails the following morning an hour before leaving for the airport �
