I've been a client for a long ass time and I've yet to write a properly detailed review outlining what I go through as a client so here it is !

When I was just a average client ( I am now a fully liecensed and trained PT also working in the same gym I have much more knowledge ) I had no Idea what I was doing in the gym regarding diet and exercise.

Previously I would just go into the gym and aimlessly complete exercises and my diet was basically non existent. I was very active before joining James but just didn't seem to get the body shape that I wanted so I took a risk when I was a exceptionally poor student at the time and joined the gym basically spending all my college money on personal training and It paid off !

Back then as a inexperienced client my week would consist of me following my tailored diet plan and training accordingly to match it. I would message James anytime I needed any advice on my diet and exercise and he would get back to me as soon as he was ableusually with a extremely in depth answer to whatever question was asked. Was pretty much in constant contact with him. He would also update my diet and exercise plans whenever they were due a change (usually every 4 to 6 weeks) and if I wasn't happy with a particular thing he

would change it or explain why I had to do it.

Next up is the personal training sessions which I took part in once a week. This would consist of James putting me through my paces overseeing me doing various exercises in the gym and would correct my form and make sure I was doing them correctly.

Also giving me a push if need be. I quickly got stronger and broke many of my personal bests. The one I remember most was breaking my 100kg squat record for 5 reps. It felt like a impossible goal at the time and I was scared as hell to do it but James was confident I could do it and I did it ! Was buzzing for days after that. These days I can do 100kg for sets of 15 easy as a warmup set but back then It felt like a impossible goal but James gave me the confidence and training to achieve that particular one.

On a side note the banter was always top notch and many a time I was left in stiches just talking about random life experiences or talking about training.

Anybody who knows me knows that I follow my diet and training to a T and I got the results from doing just that. Only time I didn't train or follow my diet was when I physically couldn't due to sickness or injury. Even when I was training to be a personal trainer and was getting up at 5 in the morning everyday and training/studying till 5/6 at night for a few months I still followed my diet and training plan so there is absolutely no excuse. I went all in and absolutely killed it under James's guidance and got to a point I never knew I could and will always be grateful for the help.

These days as a personal trainer myself I only do a diet plan and exercise plan James gives me as I'm more than clued in on what to do around a gym . We still keep in contact regularly as client and trainer as before and I continue to move forward towards my goals.

Cheers brother
