Lind & Lime Gin

A benchmark London Dry Gin produced in Edinburgh by the Port of Leith Distillery Company, with juniper at its core, fresh lime peel and pink peppercorns.

The first spirit from the Port of Leith Distillery is now in development, soon to be produced from our Tower Street Stillhouse. Sailors from Leith provisioned their ships with limes as an antidote to scurvy. We've done the same with our gin. If you like our wrap, just wait until you see the bottle underneath. . .
