Good clean tidy venue with downstairs café. Rooms are bright and not too large.

Linlithgow Burgh halls has a lovely cafe - just off the High Street, but with a large secluded garden turned away from the rush. Food is great value for money, and the cafe is more spacious than surrounding neighbours.
