Lovely sitting outside in the garden with our collie. Friendly staff, excellent service, and a big bowl of water for the dog. What's not to like?!?!

My colleague and I made a pilgrimage here for a bar lunch. I had been before, he had not. He is still raving about the prawn cocktail he had, and I about the haddock and chips. The food is excellent. The service, friendly and helpful. Well worth the trip.

Nice food at reasonable prices. Service friendly and locals welcoming. Not the speediest but we were a late to book large party and they accommodated us as best as they could

Excellent traditional country Inn. Homemade food was delicious. Staff and service first class. Our second visit but definitely won't be our last! Highly recommended.

Just had dinner with my dad for his 82nd birthday.

What another fantastic meal and Fiona wouldn't take any money and also brought dad his desert with candles and sang happy birthday which made his night.

Fiona and her staff are are so pleasant and welcoming.

I know it won't be long before we are back again.

I can't rate the Lion and Unicorn highly enough.
