I offer playful, relaxing yoga classes in Cambridge. I believe in bringing yoga out of studios & into the community, teaching in schools, offices & homes.

Lisa Orlandini Yoga looks to spread the benefits of yoga throughout the Cambridge community. It is run by me, Lisa, a Yoga Alliance RYT (fancy talk for qualified yoga instructor). I believe that yoga should be available to people of all ages and backgrounds and also that yoga should be taken outside of yoga studios and brought to schools, work places, homes and hearts ;) Yoga should be something that is enjoyed, whether as a way to unwind, to relax, to laugh, to cry, or just to breathe. For me, yoga is not about acting, looking or speaking a certain way, it's about finding balance and flexibility, whether that is in my mind, life or body. Hope to see you on the mat!
