At Lithgow Letting Services I understand that every landlord may have different reasons for letting their properties therefore each landlord has different and individual requirements.
With this in mind I am ready to support you and provide a tailor made bespoke letting management service.
OPTION1 - £150
I will find you a tenant by undertaking robust reference and credit score checks before completing a tenancy agreement.
You are then able to deal with the everyday running of the property and property maintenance.
You must ensure you comply with all legislation.
You will receive free advertisement via my web page, social media, and signboard.
Other advertising avenues may be utilised however, this will incur additional costs.

OPTION 2 - £150 + 8% of monthly rent
All of option 1. Plus I will collect the rent on your behalf.
You will then deal with the everyday running of the property in respect of property maintenance and complying with legislation.
I will be more than happy to share my knowledge and experience free of charge.
OPTION 3 - £150 + 10% of monthly rent
Option 3 is a fully tailored service including everything from options 1 & 2. I will FULLY manage the property. I will find a tenant, carry out inventories, organise maintenance and On agreement we will also draw up a detailed list of expectations between you and I for the management of your property.
* If the house is already occupied there would be a cost of £50 to draw up a new lease.
* Discounts will be given to clients who require multiple properties to be managed.
