Nice food, cozy atmosphere, a wee bit expensive. Beer only in small bottles.

Very small friendly local Italian restaurant with consistently good food

Good place for lunch, if you like Italian food. Meatballs with pasta and house wine were excellent.

Has to be the best restaurant in the Highlands, amazing food and friendly staff, well worth a visit, but my advice is book in advance as it gets busy.

I just moved here from Chicago and wanted a nice meal out with my partner and friends. We had dinner here on 30/12/16

Ambiance
It is small and cozy with warm lighting just the way I like places to be.

Food
Mediocre. I had the beef carpaccio for a starter and lasagna for the main course. I have never had carpaccio like this before. It was a thicker slice than I am use to and the literally no flavouring. The balsamic vinegar was on the plate more as a design than an accompaniment to the beef to bring out more flavour. The lasagna had little flavour and was bland.

Service
Absolutely horrible. They were busy, but then it is a small place that seats maybe 50 people and they had a front of the house staff of at least 4. We had no idea exactly who our server was. They weren't the most friendliest, but it could be because the language barrier. They ended up cattle calling our food when they brought it out instead of following the order of what should have been written on the ticket. We ended being completely ignored for 20-30 minutes after our plates had been cleared from the table. We had intended to order to dessert, but couldn't get anyone to come over. Two servers assisted a take away order while we sat there just waiting for someone to give us our bill at least. We ended having to actually stand up and put our coats on for them to pay attention to us so we could get our bill to pay. They could see we weren't the happiest, but did nothing to make it better and could have cared less that they treated us horribly.

All in all, I would not recommend this place or go there if you had other options to choose from.

Can't wait to go to my most favourite place in the whole of Scotland tonight for my sons 17th birthday meal.
From previous visits myself and the company I was with have always been made to feel very welcome here and the food was delicious. Can't see tonight being anything other than the same.
Inverness's best kept secret!

This is the place to go for a dire dining experience with dreadful staff with little spoken English. If you order prawns for your starter you are looking to pay £2 per small uncooked prawn. Pizza does not compare to other places in Invernes either.
None of staff feels responsible for food and drink mistakes and you have no right to complaint. It may be the Italian way but it's certainly not mine how customers should be treated. I am not going back for sure.

Its a ok-ish place. A bit cramped as its little, true to its name. Watch out if you order Risotto with salmon. There was barely any salmon in it and felt more like rice porridge with a gentle hint of salmon. You might not find a table without reservation during peak hours.
