At our Little & Loud classes we enjoy lots of developmental movement play using props such as stretchy lycra and scarves! This gives children the chance to move their bodies and stretch even if they don't like to dance! It's great fun for the grown ups too 😉

Join us for Little & Loud - Musical fun for children and their grown ups! We had such a busy class at our last visit to Tinkers Corner so we have decided to offer another chance to join us this month! Come along on Saturday 23 March with your babies and toddlers.
At Little & Loud classes children will discover live instruments, singing games, action songs and rhymes in fun and thoughtful sessions.
... Laura is a professional musician who has a passion for working with young children and their families. She is a clog dancer and plays flute and percussion. Laura has been delivering music sessions all over the North East since 2005, in this time delivering sessions for Sage Gateshead, Sightlines Initiative, Worldbeaters, English Folk Dance and Song Society, South Tyneside Adult and Community Learning and Cbeebies.

💜💜💜 this, it's so true and all of these creative forms of expression are crucial to learning communication. Dancing, drawing and painting all support the development of the gross motor skills, combined with action songs focusing on fine motor skills (twinkle twinkle and incy wincy for example) help to develop the coordination needed for writing. Actions in songs also help children to participate before they have acquired language, helping them to feel involved and confident. Singing and dancing is so important and it makes you happy too!! ☺️🎵🥰

Such a delightful little group, my daughter loved it and the instructor is fantastic with the children. Would definitely recommend.

Myself and Noah love these classes! Laura has such a wide range of instruments and activities that keep even the youngest of babies entertained. Classes are always very personal to our individual children as Laura asks their interests, favourite songs/activities etc.

We enjoy singing familiar songs and learning new ones. We camt wait for the Easter Session and the next new term of musical fun xx

Me and my LO love coming to this class. Laura makes you feel welcomed and she is very friendly and really good with the LIttle ones.

I love bringing Danny every week. He loves it so do I. Laura is excellent with the children even if they do run around a bit. It's great fun for them. Would definitely say come along and enjoy it xx
