Little Pets Preschool

Caring term-time nursery offering preschool education in Rutherglen. Mornings only. 9. 10--12. 20. Spaces available.

Little Pet's Playgroup & Pre-school has been registered with the Care Commission for Scotland to provide day care /pre school education for children since 1992. We are a registered charity (SC012442), part of the voluntary sector and are in partnership with South Lanarkshire Council to provide pre school education.

Based in Rutherglen and established in 1992, we care for up to 26 children between the age of 2 years and 9 months until age 5.

We have a large indoor hall and an outdoor section which we make great use of every day. We are in close proximity to Rutherglen Main Street and take advantage of this by organising visits to the library, shops, etc.

We operate mornings from 9. 10am -12. 20pm, which accommodates families with older siblings at school.

We also have a closed facebook page which is only available to family members of attending children. This is updated daily with photos of the children and their activities. This is very popular with parents as it provides an inclusive insight into the daily nursery activities.

The nursery is a committee run organisation.
