Absolutely appalling!! All fine and rosy in the beginning as soon as there is a problem they dont want to know, infact we had to contact our landlord directly on some occasions (so why are they being paid??) Very very rude and obnoxious in all dealings with them, waited months for repairs to be carried out with no forthcoming information from them and then when we moved out (house was professionally cleaned before and after we moved in which we paid for) they tried to bill us for cleaning £200 with no bills or receipts. After some searching on the internet it seems that this is quite common for them to do this and that they know the majority of tenants will eventually back down. We have since reported them to the local council and trading standards who are investigating. Be aware also that they are not accredited (no governing body). We would never use them again.
