Looking for help! I am going to be looking for a new member of staff. I want an office based customer service / sales person. Someone who can chat, take orders, assist customers, build relationships but can also do some business development too, maybe a bit of social media, that sort of thing but I don't know what I should call the role for the advert to attract the correct people. What do you think? Ideally I want a dynamo, someone with bit of personality and presence and... the want to please and do a good job. So my questions to you lovely Facebook people are. 1. what would you call this person? 2. How on earth do you find this person? Or....do you know this person??
