Livingston Karate Club

We teach traditional shotokan karate. We have clubs operating around West Lothian. Classes for adults and children, white to black belt.

Livingston Karate Club has been holding classes since the 1980's teaching traditional shotokan karate.

Our classes are held in Craigswood Sports Centre, Livingston and Simpsons Primary Schools in Bathgate. These cater for adults and children (from 5 years old).

The club is a family friendly organisation, which is reflected in our pricing structure. We have current registration as a Youth Group with West Lothian Council (registration number 70). Instructors have PVG Scheme Records (replaced Disclosure Scotland checks) to ensure the safety of the junior members. We are insured through TL Risk Solutions.

Since 2005 the club has been run by Grahame Brown. Instructors teach on a voluntary basis and the fees collected are used to cover hall expenses, insurance, equipment, club social events and courses with professional trainers.
