Lizelle Kemp has a Degree in Complementary Healthcare, Diploma Osteopathic Massage and Manipulation and Advance Remedial Massage. She holds qualifications in Medical Acupuncture. Advanced and Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Kinesiology, Reiki, Pregnancy Massage, Clinical Aromatherapy and Acupressure Massage.

Lizelle continues to enhance her skills by participating in Continuous Professional Development. The most recent CPD course and new skill set was a Diploma in Dry Needling completed over 6 days. Previous developmental courses have included a 40 hour discretion with Tom Myers and Todd Garcia in Phoenix amongst others. Lizelle spent two years teaching Sports Remedial and Advance Sports Remedial Diploma Courses as part of a team at Advance Techniques Massage School. The knowledge gained from teaching and attending additional training enhances her ability to pinpoint the possible underlying causes of pain, injuries, discomfort and imbalances within the body.
