Brand new deluxe 3 bedroom horizon caravan located in Turnberry area of Seton Sands Holiday Village.

▪️ Our caravan is brand new, comfortable & stylish. The caravan is based in an ideal location on the site, just a stones throw away from the leisure complex, the beach & the bus stop that takes you into the heart of Edinburgh for a fun family day out, sight seeing or some shopping!

▪️ The caravan has the following :
- Double glazing & heating system . . . Perfect for the colder nights!
- 3 bedrooms, 1 double master bedroom & 2 twin bedrooms. Each room has a wardrobe in each for storage.
- Spacious kitchen area which is fully equipped with everything you will need. (Gas oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge /freezer, utensils for cooking, crockery)
- The dining area has fixed dinette seating.
- The bathroom has a thermostatic shower & towels are provided for your stay. Separate toilet also for guests.
- Lounge /Family area has comfortable seating & is very spacious. Gas fire, television with DVD player. Some DVDs & books are provided to keep the kids entertained when you fancy a night in or just a relaxed night!
- Beds made up for arrival.
- Bath robes provided in the master bedroom along with slippers to make your stay more comfortable.
- Welcome pack provided including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet roll, kitchen roll.

▪️Seton sands holiday village has lots to do to keep you entertained . . There is a large indoor heated swimming pool, arcade, soft play area, 9 hole golf course, nature trail walk & it is located next to the beach!
On the complex you will find a restaurant & bar, fish & chip shop, spar, laundrette.

There is a bus stop outside of the holiday village that takes you into the heart of Edinburgh, the bus leaves every 15 minutes!

For any golfers there is the 9 hole golf course on the site & also you have the Muirfield, Gullane & Archerfield courses located within a 15 minute drive.

▪️ BOOKINGS:
- Bookings are on a first come basis & dates are
only secure when the deposit is received.
- Deposit of £50 non refundable is required to
secure your booking. Balance of booking must be
paid 4 weeks before arrival date.
- Security bond of £75 must be paid & this will be
returned after caravan has been inspected once
you check out & will be returned within 7days of
your check out.
