Come and meet our Llamas, Bonita, Jet, Atticus and Bradford. Take a short trek in the stunning scenery around Ecocamp Glenshee and spend some time getting to know these striking yet aloof animals. You will be able to feed them and learn a little bit about our llamas and their psychology. After haltering, join us on a short trek where you will have the opportunity to lead one of our llamas.
Treks will take place in the area surrounding Ecocamp Glenshee and are suitable for young and old alike as long as you have sensible footwear and clothing for our unpredictable weather!

Think the whole Glen knew that the donkey's would have liked breakfast earlier 🤣. All outside water frozen so getting fresh water for our hens and Dionysus the dancing goat took a wee bit longer!!
What a special and memorable day with some of our young people from Hot Chocolate Trust in Dundee. Hosted brilliantly by Simon... such a hands-on experience from start to finish, with lovely touches of hospitality with a hot chocolate and cake picnic :) We'll be back for sure!! Thankyou Simon and Nadine for an amazing experience with the llamas and hill walking. The cake and hot chocolate were welcomed half way round and we all enjoyed very much.
Thank you for the fantastic time this morning. We all absolutely loved the llama trek, the hot chocolate and cakes, the walk and scenery. Simon is the most welcoming host and makes sure your llama trek is a great experience. Also thanks to Nina a lovely young lass, who helped on the trek and took photos. Definitely worth it folks.
Llamas are so amazing and nothing like the spitting beasts you hear of. Also huge thanks to Simon for all the facts and lovely stories. Was a fantastic day and loved seeing the kids so happy x
Llama trekking was amazing!! Would definitely recommend this to others! The llamas themselves were great, absolutely adorable and so fluffy!!!! Also loved the donkeys, too cute! And the hot chocolate and cake was delicious! The owner of the llamas was very helpful and explained lots about the llamas! Definitely going to go again!
Had the best day ever. The llamas - Bradley, Jet and Atticus are all gorgeous, chilled out animals. The trek was so peaceful with great views. Simon and Mitch were excellent guides and I want to go back asap!! Do yourself a favour and go llama trekking, it is absolutely amazing. #whatlifeisabout
