Lovely review on Trip Advisor this week! Looking forward to welcoming more guests to our refreshed rooms in the coming months.
"Exactly what I was looking for, friendly mid sized hotel, modern freshly renovated rooms with great bathroom, quiet, good pool, sauna and steam room. Main areas were nicely furnished in a Scottish theme and the breakfast and dinner was great."

We have fantastic weather here in inverarary today.☀️☀️

User

Well Done to all the riders who completed a 500 mile weekend ride for various cancer charities, we had the pleasure of meeting them when they completed the first leg of their journey through Inveraray.

We have just returned from a two night stay, dinner bed and breakfast booked through Hotel Connexions. I was a bit apprehensive having read previous reviews but the room, food and facilities were excellent. The staff were helpful and courteous. Our room had recently been refurbished and was adequate. Cost of drinks was on a par with other hotels, not overly expensive. Breakfast and evening meal was very good. We had the taster menu which we thoroughly enjoyed. I had intended to use the Spa and pool but we were out and about so missed it on this occasion. We would definitely recommend this hotel and the staff.

User

Lovely relaxing overnight spa break for our anniversary. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. We had the 6 course taster menu for dinner which was exceptional. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of choice and great efficient service. Room was clean with all amenities needed for an overnight stay. The hotel has a homely warm rustic feel with cosey open fireplaces and beautiful unspoilt views overlooking the shores of Loch Fyne. Highlight of our stay was the fabulous back neck and shoulder massage at the spa followed by a dip in the Canadian hot tub which is a must. Overall fabulous stay and will definitely be returning :)

User

Lovely peaceful hotel. Staff service terrific and warm, the rooms and public areas are modern Scottish and very clean. The breakfast was excellent and the 6 course taster menu both nights included in our stay made for terrific value and a very fine dining experience. Oh and the pool, inside jacuzzi, outside hot tub and views over Loch Fyne have made this one of the best hotels we have stayed at. We will be back :-)

User

Loved my stay here beautiful location

The Spa is excellent with professional therapists using Elemis products in treatments and pool well worth a visit too I can’t wait to come back!

User

Just spent the weekend celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, we booked a spa weekend in a junior suite looking on to the stunning Loch fyne, food was delicious both the taster and a la carte menu in restaurant and the bar menu. Staff were excellent all very friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Really enjoyed our treatments at the spa, swimming pool great water lovely and warm overall a fantastic weekend and would definitely recommend.

User

Had a great time at the hotel and spa as part of my mums 60th birthday celebrations. The spa was amazing and so relaxing.

Rooms were a good size and very clean not the beds wow so comfy - had a great nights sleep!

User

Beautiful location, lovely friendly staff, good food. Refurbishment plans are underway which sound fabulous, will defineatly

be back.

User

Beautiful hotel. Arrived before check in and managed to get into our room early which was fab. Room was spotless with a huge comfy bed and great WiFi connection. Fluffy robes and slipped are provided. We had a lovely couples massage and enjoyed the spa area. Our meal was included which was a 6 course taster menu couldn’t fault it so tasty and very efficient service. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice with hot food cooked to order again very quick service. We had a wonderful stay thank you

User

Absoutley brilliant. Stayed there for 2 nights, had 6 course taster menu which was amazing. The staff were excellent and they remembered my partners nut allergy at dinner and breakfast. The pool, jacuzzi and hot tub were great so were the spa facilities. Great stay, can't wait to go back again.

User

Lovely hotel food was wonderful my only gripe was it said dog friendly and it really wasn’t.we could only sit in the main entrance which was sometimes cold because of the doorway and couldn’t really have a comfortable drink because they were not allowed in the bar. Apart from that I had a lovely few days

User

Had a night away last night with my other half, was a great night highly recommend this hotel nice to relax have a wee swim beds are really comfy will definetly be back!

User

Beautiful setting and hotel has good facilities (hot tub not working though)the best part for our group of 4 for our two day stay was the food..absolutely amazing..we had 3 different types of steaks and they are the best we have ever eaten..highly recommend this hotel for the food alone.

User

We booked on booking. Com although being relatively local we knew the site

The spa .. pool ... sauna etc were really good

I found the room too be of a good size however I thought it to be a bit tired and poorly equipped..... as far as room comfort I have spent many days this year in more comfy H E Express properties

As for food and beverages

I found it to be a rather uncomfortable restaurant which I thought was overpriced so we ate in Inveraray at the George along with

lots of other Fyne Guests

So in all it was a really good enjoyable but overpriced stay !

User

Overnight stay from a Voucher received from a family member with a mid week stay. If I was paying for this I wouldn't be happy.

Great location, and warm welcome. However rooms decor and carpet's have seen better days. In need of an overhaul. Food was a bit of a let down, where we fed back that the main meal wasn't of a decent standard. Starter and dessert were ok.

Would I go back? Probably not. The bar staff and waitresses were very helpful and did their best to apologize for the issue and that was good enough!

User

Not exactly what I expected . booked the superior room thinking by the description it was a big comfortable room but it wasnt . I'd say the room n bathroom were a bit tired as was the bed. The room was uncomfortably warm . We turned of the heater n opened the window -3 outside and still had to sleep outside the covers.

Stayed in nicer premier inn rooms at a fraction of the price also bar prices a tad on the expensive side with no prices in the bar menu (No wonder) on the plus side the breakfast was great n the breakfast staff were very pleasant..

User

Got this on booking as a deal, so was happy with what we got for the price, however full price is extremely over priced and the rooms are very dated

User

beautifull hotel and scenery but very overpriced. when booking our room we were promised the best double room with the best view. on arrival our view was of a roof top and if u squinted enough you could make out the loch. rooms were too warm, toilet seat was broken, cold tap wasnt cold running water, shower was either scalding hot or freezing, no happy medium. room in need of update, went for dinner in restaurant and was only given expensive menu even though there was an option for bar menu with better choices on it. food was ok, service was slow. bookd treatments in the spa, again very over priced and didnt last that long. on the plus side we went to the George and had lunch which was great.

User

Just been here for lunch today. 4 adults and 4 children. Service was poor, the food was overpriced and disappointing due to the fact that the hotel has amazing natural local suppliers. Our order arrived at different times at the table. The children were charged £7 for a kids bowl of pasta that they couldn't eat-after checking myself...it just didn't taste nice! A half bowl of mussels were served at a cost of £14, that we complained about and had them rectify this. The chips were cold and the steak sandwich that we had wasn't as described on the menu. We sat for 10 minutes after finishing our main courses. At no point did any waiting staff clear our table, ask if we would like anything else or even acknowledge that we were in the establishment. We won't be returning anytime soon. To command the prices that they were charging you have to at least try and deliver good food, service and value for money to the customer.

User

Wouldn’t really call it a spa. Hot tub not working pool was freezing . Dirty in places and smelt of dog whilst eating
