Fixed price servicing in our new workshop:
Basic Service: £30 (£45 with brake bleed)
• Inspect overall condition to ensure roadworthy
• Check /grease /tighten bolts, skewers, seatpost
• Inspect tyres & check pressures
• Check & adjust brakes, gears, pads & cables
• Check pads grease pistons top up /burp levers
Standard Service £60 (£75 with brake bleed)
• As per Basic Service, plus:
• Check operation /condition of all moving parts
• Thorough clean of drivetrain as required
• Adjust hubs, headset and bottom bracket
• True wheels and check tyre pressures
• Check & grease all nuts and bolts
Super Service - £100 (£120 with hydraulic brakes)
• As per standard service, plus:
• Strip, clean & regrease hubs, headset & BB
• Clean braking surfaces, checking for wear
• Replace, lube & stretch brake & gear cables
• Fully bleed disc brakes with new fluid
• Closely inspect frame for signs of damage
We strongly advise customers not to buy self-assembly or supermarket bikes, but when you run into problems, give us a phone with make and model, then we can advise you.

New Squish bikes in stock, getting built up (will be fully checked by a Cytech mechanic afterwards!).
Just back from a few days away with the family. Managed a few cycle rides in between beach, soft play, shopping and DIY. Many thanks to Gillian Shackleton for looking after shop and customers!

The smoothest jockey wheels I've ever seen, though I've replaced plenty of rustier chains! Please book your bike in for a service before it siezes up - it costs less when done regularly!

Farewell and every blessing to Gillian as she leaves Loch Leven Cycles to step up her hours working for KYTHE! Its been a busy 14 months and she will be missed, she has brought and enabled improvements and also deepened links within the community.

One of my customers brought in this rather retro GT LTS2 for repair today! Several issues were sorted within a few minutes, allowing him to continue pedalling.
One our customers today reported this tyre had split just cycling around the Heritage Trail; there may have been other factors, but please keep an eye open for sharp objects!
