What lovely friendly staff in the deli and shop! Great selection of products and lovely views. Scones were good too!

User

We hired the Lodge House for a family afternoon tea for our daughterŌĆÖs 1st birthday party and it was all perfect. Lovely food, excellent service and a beautiful setting!

User

We have been coming to the Larder since it first opened, we moved down South 10 years ago and always make a point of visiting when we are up, there is often a new improvement and lovely to see familiar faces who have been there since the beginning.

User

Took friends there today after popping in at the weekend. The place was very busy but we were greeted warmly and showed immediately to a table. Nice menu with good service. Upmarket shop with an eclectic mix of foods, goods, cards, candles etc. Under development and expansion so it will be interesting to see the finished surroundings.

User

Regularly visit Loch LevenŌĆÖs Larder and have never been disappointed. Most recent visit coincided purely by chance with the Broccoli Festival, judging by the cars in the car park we thought weŌĆÖd be lucky to get a table. Thankfully this was not the case. Prompt service, piping hot (and very delicious) Broccoli & Blue Cheese Soup with a visit later for coffee and cake.

CanŌĆÖt fault the service, the food or the price. Looking forward to seeing it after the extension is completed.

User

Just been for breakfast, first time and will definitely be back. Nice staff and good food. Cup of tea was amazing!

User

Had lunch and cream tea in one of your pods yesterday. It was fabulous. The food was superb and the service was great. A lovely birthday treat.

User

Fantastic service from Rachel, she was very helpful. The shop is amazing and Stunning scenery and also beautiful place. Thankyou for your service ’┐Į

User

Excellent food and service as always. Fresh, tasty local produce. What more can you ask for? Sat outside as I was dog sitting. Staff very friendly to dogs. However, consistency in where you can go inside with dogs varied between staff members.

User

Beautiful day just added to the beautiful setting. You should see this view,, wow,, Low level discreet building with a main eating area and for walkers and cyclists thereŌĆÖs a quick food place in the next room. Gorgeous shop and lush food stuffs to buy, and a whole wall of ŌĆśrefereshmentsŌĆÖ that even the pickiest of people would have to admit was good. Lunch was lovely, a simple cheese and chutney sandwich on lovely white bread, food fresh and tasty. Staff were attentive and nice.. but the view, oh My, I could have looked at it all day. Thankyou.

User

Spent a lovely laid back afternoon here ....fab food & my grandchildren enjoyed the play park....and we could keep an eye on them!

User

Lovely afternoon in the pods outside for afternoon tea and really liked the shop too. Would recommend a visit.

User

Had the most delicious plum and white chocolate scone with my coffee here today. I could have spent ages (and probably a fortune) in the shop if I'd had more time.

User

food was ok at best, overpriced too. had the pod booked wasn't the cleanest, well worn. juice was warm, no ice with glass. mediocre service but mostly down to very young inexperienced staff not too fair to judge them. shop was good alot of variety, a little scattered and inconsistent. 3 year old enjoyed the play area but thats an easy win. wont be back for food, will b back for shop sometime and most likely for the walk and scenery.

User

It was very busy and the young staff seemed to have a problem finding which tables ordered what.

I had a flat white coffee and meringue the coffee was nice but didn't get very much in the cup for price. The meringue was horrible really powdery Shop is nice and views lovely but won't be recommending... Sorry.

User

I visited for the first time with my 10 year old child and my dog. Went for a nice walk and was looming forwarx to a nice lunch outside. Got a table no problem however there was nothing on the menu we fancied at all. He one special i fancied sold out whilst we were waiting. My wee one is too old for the kids menu now. The alternative was some unappetizing shrink wrapped croissant or toastie. We drove somewhere else. Disappointed as I thought we were going to have a delicious treat.

User

I have used Loch Levens larder on several occasions with both family and friends. The Food has always been excellent, but in the past 18 months have noticed especially in the restaurant that the service has gone decidedly downhill. I have also just seen that you cancelled a wedding , apparently with no appropriate reason , although this has nothing to do with me it does not give the excellent reviews you so used to deserve. Sorry but I wonŌĆÖt be back until things improve.

User

Food was great, however being blocked in by inconsiderate customers in the car park was not great.

When mentioned to one of the members of staff that I need it moved - ŌĆśthereŌĆÖs nothing we can do, itŌĆÖs been happening all dayŌĆÖ

Well do something about it....donŌĆÖt just let it happen ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

User

Lovely food and shop as usual. Shame about the crowd of people waiting to pay, towering over the tables whilst trying to eat our food. CouldnŌĆÖt move out from the table, let alone have room to enjoy the meal in peace. A girl was going through the queue trying to take orders for outside to reduce the queue but all wanted to pay - perhaps a queuing system or more than one till? Very uncomfortable and intrusive meal. When approached there was no apology, no offer of moving to another table perhaps? Just explanation that there was only one till. Poor customer service and poor use of space.
