ŌśĢ’ĖÅ­¤ŹČCafe is open as usual 9am-5pm­¤ź¬­¤Ź░ ­¤ÜŻŌĆŹŌÖé’ĖÅ Boats will be available 10:30am-4pm, once again, only part of the lake will be accessible due to maintenance work being carried out by the local council on one of the bridges.­¤ÜŻŌĆŹŌÖé’ĖÅ Unfortunately, the ground is not dry enough to put the bouncy castle up. What a huge asset to an already beautiful park! The cafe is clean and fresh, delicious cakes and latte, super ice cream and lovely helpful staff. Going to be my fave go to place on a sunny day!

What a delightful little cafe with lovely outdoor seating with view over the lake. My kids loved it. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff and will definitely be back. ’┐Į

We walk around this park a lot with our little girl and dog and have to say weŌĆÖve never had any complaints itŌĆÖs always clean and well presented. Today we had food in the boathouse cafe and were extremely pleased with the food and the service. Food is lovely and very reasonably priced, staff are so friendly and helpful and cafe is very clean and welcoming we will definitely be making the cafe a regular visit to our trips here :) 5* Service !! Thank you

We came to the cafe today, (but were a little late getting there for lunch) there wasn't a sandwich that we wanted so started to walk through the park. The lovely gentleman from the cafe came to find us and handed us his own lunch for my grandson and 2 hot drinks for us, all free of charge. An absolutely lovely gesture that was very appreciated. What a great place with fantastic people.Thank you again ’┐Į

Wanted to visit one of our local attractions but it was far too busy so we went to Locke Parker instead, glad we did, had such fun on row boats, my hard to please autistic teen loved. It too. We will deffo do the boats again ’┐Į

Visited the Boat House Cafe yesterday and today & was very happy on both occasions. Today was extremely busy and although all customers couldn't have their 1st choice there was plenty of alternatives to choose from. The food is cooked to order, very fresh and piping hot. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly & worked well under pressure. I will definitely recommend a visit to this lovely cafe. MBW

Took 3 of my grandchilren on tuesday..had lunch in cafe, lovely staff and food! Played in the park then got a pedalo boat out on the lake..nice helpful man on there too, let us have a bit longer as quiet! ..and not expensive!’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Myself my husband and children came today we thouroughly enjoyed the activities on offer and a walk around the park and then to top it off we had a lovely meal at the boathouse cafe prices were reasonable and good was lovely ’┐Į’┐Į highly recommend.

Me and my son came along today and we loved it lots to do for kids and you can bring a picnic too, friendly staff and good reasonable prices. Highly recommended xx

Me and Tyler went over today he loved the huge obstacle bounce castle........ men in charge of it weŌĆÖre all very polite and sociable all the kids seemed to be enjoying it.

The boats were busy and everyone was having a lovely time in the lake,

The boathouse cafe was very busy but we still got a seat on the decking with a lovely cup of tea and cherry and almond scone, I sat and chilled in the sun tbh I could have sat there all day it was so relaxing, well done to all the staff it was a very hot busy day for you all, I usually visit costa a couple of times a week but will be going to the boat house cafe from now on x

Lovely to sit on the decking in the sun really well done to the owners I hope it is very successful for you. Dogs allowed as well.

Great to see a disused building transformed Into something Great, the staff make you feel very welcome, the food is good and the outdoor decking area is a brill touch for the nicer days.

Great service! I ordered chips with a toastie and was told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, also that they didn't have a children's menu which was a little disappointing as I was with my toddler HOWEVER on leaving, the lovely man who I believe is the owner offered me free chips on my next visit and that he will look into a child's menu and even gave my daughter some sweets which made her happy! He went over and above to make me a happy customer when I wasn't exactly unhappy in the first place lol keep up the brilliant service and I'm sure your success will only grow xx

First time visiting here. The two ladies working in the cafe were lovely and went above and beyond to make our visit pleasant and the children very happy. We will definitely be back. ’┐Į

Great to see the boats on the lake and even more fun to row/peddle round.



Price cheap and reasonable to. Kids loved it and spent 4 hours there.

First visit yesterday Was greeted by a lovely friendly lady Felt very welcome Lovely Cappacino and Hot chocolate Beautiful place Definitely recommend a visit Well done ’┐Į

Nice cafe, polite staff. But the coffee was overpriced to me - ordered a latte and the cup was half froth. Nice activities for kids available too now but again i think ┬Ż3 for a go on the bouncy castle is a bit overpriced, especially when you have 2 kids.
