Welcome to the Facebook page of Lodge Dumfries Kilwinning No. 53 on the roll of The Grand Lodge Of Scotland. Dating prior to 1575, we are proud to be the oldest Masonic Lodge in the Province of Dumfriesshire, South-West Scotland.
The town of Dumfries, known to many as "The Queen Of The South", is a lively, modern rural town with many things to see and do. The town has many places of interest, particularly due to its links to two of Scotland's most famous historical characters - Robert The Bruce and Robert Burns (Burns' son - also called Robert - was a Past Master of the Lodge).
