Log Cabin Scotland At Loch Awe

went to loch awe as a treat my family bought me for my 50th. there were 7 of us. all girls.we had a fantastic weekend. the hot tub was amazing and i couldn,t believe how warm you felt coming out.. cabin was lovely too. the views are brilliant. only thing i would say is hot tub took about 5 hrs to heat but did have to empty water out for the 7 of us to get inso it was too full i presume.. id aim to be there before dark though. those scottish roads are scary in the dark..we,ll be back..

Would definitely go back. Lovely cabin with beautiful scenery and very helpful, friendly people at the key pick up. The hot tub took very long to heat up and required extra bags of wood, well worth the wait though. Would recommend but make sure you get there before it's dark as the roads a pretty bad.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. The log cabin was cosy and well equipped. Lots of lovely walks nearby and a great little shop on site. The wood burning hot tub took a while to heat up but it was worth it! Would definitely stay again.

This place is amazing. Been twice now with 4 adults and 2 kids. Beautiful and peaceful location. Hot tub is just perfect and we spent all our time in it and had the best time. Lovely helpful owners Sonja and Steve and also Irene where you get the logs. Has a lovely wood burning fire inside which is perfect to sit and finish the night off. Will definitely go back. Loved it.

Just back from from enjoying a couple of nights at the fern lodge for my birthday � what a fantastic place this Is, we loved everything about it. We requested the pre-heat service for the hot tub, a lovely lady came round 5mins after we arrived to check on it and leave us some more wood � I would definitely recommend paying extra for It, saves you a few hours. The site was lovely and quiet and your just a 5minute walk to the water.

The lodge is so much bigger than it looks in the photos, we fell in love with it x We will definitely be back �

If I could make one suggestion it would be to put some soft felt or something along those lines on the stairs down to the hot tub and the actual stairs in to the hot tub. There was quite a bit of ice on the hot tub steps which caused a few issues for getting and and out as we were sliding about.

Had the best 3 nights away, end of January in a hot tub sounds crazy but was fantastic! One of the best little breaks we've been on. So peaceful and private! Recommended the place to three other people who will be booking. Will definitely be going back!

Can not fault this cabin it was perfect. Log fire was great for them cold nights and the Scandinavian hot tub was an added bonus. Great park with plenty of space between cabins...nice and private. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing views, fresh air, moss covered forest, loch in front of cabin, dog friendly, peace and quite, the best for a relaxing break.

Amazing lodge and surroundings. Beats the foreign hols hands down. Can't wait to return.
