Dealing with phone calls and emails
Providing general administration support
Ensuring accurate and complete records are kept as required by management
Filing, including paper and electronic filing and scanning
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will be working in a small team and must possess the following skills, although full training will be given in all aspects of office procedures and systems.
Excellent IT skills, with working knowledge of MS Office applications
Interpersonal skills
Organised and hardworking
