After a very nasty ankle break, surgery, crutches, non weight bearing, 6 weeks in cast and 6 weeks in a boot, we have been working hard to regain basic skills and movements that are often taken for granted!
... Using a combination of soft tissues therapies, joint mobilisations and a comprehensive home exercise plan, I’m delighted to say this customer is well on their way to full recovery! Lots more work to do, but it’s all about little wins!!
