The primary aim of Care & Repair is to assist elderly & disabled owner
occupiers and those in the private rented sector with repairs and
improvements, helping them to remain in the comfort and security of their
own homes and includes:

Advice and assistance (including technical advice) on necessary repairs, building alterations, suitable contractors and consultants.
Advice and assistance on funding options including local authority grants for repairs, improvements or adaptations.
Support to clients throughout the process of building repairs /alterations
Advocacy in providing choices to clients in relation to re-housing options and other services such as social work.

Lomond & Clyde Care & Repair also provide the following services for
elderly or disabled people including local authority tenants:
Small Repairs
Home Safety /Security Audits
Hearing Assessments

Care & Repair is very cost effective.
