Absolutely avoid this company...They let a flat out to us full of mould/dampness which ruined some of our belongings, they denied any mould. We didn't agree to people viewing whilst we where still the tenants so they decided to try harassing us and holding the deposit paid although the house was left cleaner than when we arrived. The toilet window was smashed on moving in they did not repair. The back was disgusting with nappies and dog foul also reported, nothing done. It was 6 months of hell with neighbour noise also. The previous tenants had reported this also but they still let the flat out again. If you are looking for a peaceful tenancy do not use Lomond Letting.

Very happy with the service, they're clear about everything up front and know the area well. Had a few issues with the flat and so far they've been helpful at getting things sorted out as quickly as possible. Not the kind of folks that'll leave you out on a limb. Would choose them again in the future.
