Lomond park offers lovely variety of meals, fantastic value for money without compromising on quality of the food.......the staff are friendly and will always tweak a meal to your specifications when they can .......lovely clean modern environment and very child friendly with toys and books at a designated play area for the children, which is an added bonus for parents to enjoy their meal whilst the children play x

Had such a warm welcome from the owner an made very welcome.... The management and staff are all very lovely....Meal was outstanding as always, the chefs I rate 10 out of 10,,,,, Well done guys ... :D xxx

Had a delicious meal with friends on Friday.I had the prawn tempura with sweet chilli dip for starter & the chilli burrito. Both were delicious! The service was fab as were the cocktails! Very reasonable! Keep up the good workÔŅĹ

really friendly staff, excellent food , rooms basic but clean , my only small niggle was the lack of power points around the bed , (i have sleep aponea and require my CPAP machine every night, was i bit of a pain to get it plugged in ), but all in all had a great stay

from minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff were lovely and chatty ....food was amazing esp the steak and Ale pie ūüėö breakfast was lovely too....although the music was loud you are warned of this in advance .....rooms are really cosy bed is super comfy....Deffo be bk ....

In this day and age guests have phones tablets etc that need charged and in all the hotels we have stayed in had bedside sockets for this purpose.

The rooms are dated but very clean. The food and wine was excellent, no complaints there. The staff + service was excellent as well. Would not go at the weekend due to noise factor but they do warn you of this. Think the normal price of the rooms are expensive for what your getting. Could get a nicer room elsewhere for the price they want. All in all the Groupon voucher given to us was value for the money.

Stayed here last ngt was we 5pm deal I got for my best friend for Xmas DBB plus bottle wine wth dinner I am now 7 n half months pregnant ūü§įūüŹĹ had amazing dinner n had glass wine wth it the staff were so lovely even gave us free cocktail which I gave mine to my friend she loved them had early ngt due to been pregnant music was Blaring ūüôą Was hard to sleep but defo will be back and next time round partying wth every1 else as it sounded great lol breakfast in morning was also lovely n staff chat was gd to Thanku for having us ūüėė

My sister and I stayed there on 9th of Feb, three course meal with bottle of wine was fab, never got the name of boy who served us on Thursday night but he was a credit to the hotel, same for Ann who served us our breakfast, the girl behind the bar was so friendly and welcoming, room was warm, tea and coffee and plenty of it, bed was so comfy, all in all a great stay, so it's not five star, but you won't get better value for money. Will definitely be returning. ūüėä

Just back from an overnight at the Lomond Park Hotel - which was gifted to me by a friend through Groupon for my birthday. For a 2 star hotel, we found the room well equipped, clean and the bed comfortable. The 3 course evening meal which was included along with a bottle of wine was excellent - exactly what you want from pub grub. Breakfast this morning was also good. All staff lovely and helpful. The only reason I'm rating the score as 4 and not 5 is that the room was a little cold (no matter how much we tried to adjust the radiator - the amount of heat didn't change), and the common areas (reception and /stairway and hotel corridors) could be doing with a wee lick of paint. But all in - a really nice stay, excellent value for the money and would definitely return.

staid at the Lommnd Park on the on the 21 of June for a couple of nights in room 7 .We found the room to be dusty above the head board and the floor too . Shower head broken , hot water went from warm to dangerous boiling hot , could not regulate it while showering . Only one double plug in the room . The restaurant booths the chairs were quite dirty with bits of food .

Now for the best stuff !! ..... Food in restaurant very good ,breakfast was lovely and drinks in the bar very cheap .

The waiting on staff excellent and bar staff too .

Would we return to stay most deffenetly .

The new menu looks really good...and tonight I had my 1st meal out in ages with friends. Was looking forward to peppered chicken apple pie after. I therefore didnt eat today as i wanted to polish it all off. There were 4 adults and 3 kids and the waiter couldnt seem to get to grips with the order...but after reading it back a few times it finally went to the kitchen. Que a 30 min wait...and the restaurant wasnt particularly busy..but eventually out came the meals...everyone did seem to enjoy them, i cant fault that...but no sign of mine. To then be told it was forgotten and would be about 10 minutes ...i had to say to leave it as i wasnt going to eat when everyone else was finished. No apology from the staff ...pretty poor front of house service all round. Mc donalds for dinner 2.5 hours later :(

Stayed here last night Groupon deal staff very friendly meal was lovely rooms are basic and clean although the window was dirty and a bit mouldy not to mention a few cobwebs extremely noisy although I did know it was going to be noisy especially as it was a Friday night however I was unprepared for how noisy it was room was actually shaking at one piont I got up to use the bathroom room and the toilet was actually shaking as I was prepared for a noisy night we put up with it just didn't realise how noisy it was going to be

Room was basic and required a bit of upgrading otherwise fine to just sleep in. Only found out upon check in there was a nightclub underneath and on till 3am. Room shook, toilet seat and shower cubicle rattled and you could feel the vibration of the music through the bed!! After a sleepless night checked out without breakfast so can't comment on the food. Not recommended if you have kids and staying at a weekend

Don’t stay at the weekend! The music from the nightclub vibrates through the rooms and can be heard clear as day, I know the hotel advertises the nightclub but you would not expect it to be this bad. The shower had no cold water it either seemed to be roasting or boiling. When checking out I said about the vibrations through the room and was abruptly told we advertise this on our website (which I had never even looked at). The hotel is dated and could really be doing with a refurb, the only reason it got a 2 was because the food was great

If you have 2 hrs to wait on your meal then go for it ! Otherwise don’t bother

Stayed here last ngt was we 5pm deal I got for my best friend for Xmas DBB plus bottle wine wth dinner I am now 7 n half months pregnant рЯ§∞рЯПљ had amazing dinner n had glass wine wth it the staff were so lovely even gave us free cocktail which I gave mine to my friend she loved them had early ngt due to been pregnant music was Blaring рЯЩИ Was hard to sleep but defo will be back and next time round partying wth every1 else as it sounded great lol breakfast in morning was also lovely n staff chat was gd to Thanku for having us рЯШШ

My sister and I stayed there on 9th of Feb, three course meal with bottle of wine was fab, never got the name of boy who served us on Thursday night but he was a credit to the hotel, same for Ann who served us our breakfast, the girl behind the bar was so friendly and welcoming, room was warm, tea and coffee and plenty of it, bed was so comfy, all in all a great stay, so it's not five star, but you won't get better value for money. Will definitely be returning. рЯШК

Just back from an overnight at the Lomond Park Hotel - which was gifted to me by a friend through Groupon for my birthday. For a 2 star hotel, we found the room well equipped, clean and the bed comfortable. The 3 course evening meal which was included along with a bottle of wine was excellent - exactly what you want from pub grub. Breakfast this morning was also good. All staff lovely and helpful. The only reason I'm rating the score as 4 and not 5 is that the room was a little cold (no matter how much we tried to adjust the radiator - the amount of heat didn't change), and the common areas (reception and /stairway and hotel corridors) could be doing with a wee lick of paint. But all in - a really nice stay, excellent value for the money and would definitely return.

Great value, clean room, staff friendly and cheap drinks in bar. Food good too. Toilet a little dated but nice hot shower. Would definitely go back

staid at the Lommnd Park on the on the 21 of June for a couple of nights in room 7 .We found the room to be dusty above the head board and the floor too . Shower head broken , hot water went from warm to dangerous boiling hot , could not regulate it while showering . Only one double plug in the room . The restaurant booths the chairs were quite dirty with bits of food .

Now for the best stuff !! ..... Food in restaurant very good ,breakfast was lovely and drinks in the bar very cheap .

The waiting on staff excellent and bar staff too .

Would we return to stay most deffenetly .

The new menu looks really good...and tonight I had my 1st meal out in ages with friends. Was looking forward to peppered chicken apple pie after. I therefore didnt eat today as i wanted to polish it all off. There were 4 adults and 3 kids and the waiter couldnt seem to get to grips with the order...but after reading it back a few times it finally went to the kitchen. Que a 30 min wait...and the restaurant wasnt particularly busy..but eventually out came the meals...everyone did seem to enjoy them, i cant fault that...but no sign of mine. To then be told it was forgotten and would be about 10 minutes ...i had to say to leave it as i wasnt going to eat when everyone else was finished. No apology from the staff ...pretty poor front of house service all round. Mc donalds for dinner 2.5 hours later :(

Stayed here last night Groupon deal staff very friendly meal was lovely rooms are basic and clean although the window was dirty and a bit mouldy not to mention a few cobwebs extremely noisy although I did know it was going to be noisy especially as it was a Friday night however I was unprepared for how noisy it was room was actually shaking at one piont I got up to use the bathroom room and the toilet was actually shaking as I was prepared for a noisy night we put up with it just didn't realise how noisy it was going to be

Room was basic and required a bit of upgrading otherwise fine to just sleep in. Only found out upon check in there was a nightclub underneath and on till 3am. Room shook, toilet seat and shower cubicle rattled and you could feel the vibration of the music through the bed!! After a sleepless night checked out without breakfast so can't comment on the food. Not recommended if you have kids and staying at a weekend

Only good thing was the staff, they were very friendlyпњљ And breakfast was good! We had two nights on a Groupon deal but decided to leave after the first night. Rooms drastically need refurbished and bathrooms are out of the Arkпњљ

DonвАЩt stay at the weekend! The music from the nightclub vibrates through the rooms and can be heard clear as day, I know the hotel advertises the nightclub but you would not expect it to be this bad. The shower had no cold water it either seemed to be roasting or boiling. When checking out I said about the vibrations through the room and was abruptly told we advertise this on our website (which I had never even looked at). The hotel is dated and could really be doing with a refurb, the only reason it got a 2 was because the food was great

If you have 2 hrs to wait on your meal then go for it ! Otherwise donвАЩt bother
