Their motto is "If it's a problem to you, it's an emergency to us". Oh yeah? They promised to ring me back about a problem I'm having with a brand new car that Lookers sold me. When I rang the Dumfries branch I was told that they were too busy with other matters but that they definitely would ring me. I'm still waiting. Judge them by how they deal with problems NOT on how good they are at selling you a car.
