Loreburn was first established in 1982 and has since grown to now owning and managing over 2, 500 homes across Dumfries & Galloway, from Langholm in the east to Stranraer in the west, with many developments in the rural communities of the region.

Following a full strategic review by our Management Committee and Executive Management Team in 2015, we have a refreshed vision, mission and set of strategic objectives, all aimed at creating great places to live and providing quality housing at affordable prices.

We are proud to offer a range of accommodation across the region. In addition to our mainstream properties, our Supported Housing provides homes and professional support for young vulnerable people, elderly tenants and those with complex needs. Registered and reviewed by the Care Inspectorate, our Support Services team has been providing client centered care to enhance the health and well being of our customers for over 25 years.

In addition, a small proportion of our properties are available for Shared Ownership, in which customers can purchase a percentage share of our properties.

We also manage the Care & Repair service on behalf of Dumfries & Galloway Council, which helps older or disabled home owners and private tenants to live independently.
