Loreburne Shopping Centre

Again a good selection of shops catering for everybodys needs.
I perticulary like the fact that there is a assorted selection of both large and small shops making it a very enjoyable and interesting shopping centre.

My rating is for the parking lot below the shopping center which quite frankly is a scam. I am tourist and I parked in the structure late in the afternoon while I checked into an AirBNB across the street. It was posted that there would be a $35 US dollar fine if I left the car parked overnight. The closing time was not posted WITH the warning. I learned later it was inauspiciosly posted in small print near the entrance to the shoppiing center.
Shame on me for getting taken by this scam but what really pissed me off was that my host told me they shut the door to the parking structure well before 6 PM which was the time posted and about the time I attempted to get my car out of there. When I brought this up with what appeared to be the parking operator he said they left the exit open until 7 PM which my host claimed was bunk. First off, when I complained to what appeared to be the the operator he seemed to know a lot about the situation but would only claim right off the bat that the structure was "privately owned" and he had nothing to do with it.

It would be one thing if they provided security while open but they do not.

Buyer be aware if you use this parking structure.

My AirBNB experience was excellent but this incident soured me on the visit to the city.

Small shopping centre in the town centre, good selection of shops, parking and public transport available a few minutes walk away.

I enjoy strolling round the Loreburn center plenty to see also lovely coffee in marks and spencers

Phone shops and pound shops. You'll be through the centre in 2 mins( if you walk slowly. Not much to get excited about.

Good staff and varied of shops but could with a place for food

Good choice of shops. Could do with a café

Easy access to all areas, you want it, It's there.

It's ok but for a main regional town could be bigger and better! Not a huge range of shops but if in town worth a look!
