Working with Lauren has been a pleasure. She is passionate about fitness and nutrition, and pushes you to smash strength goals that are set personally to you. I have also found Lauren a really wonderful person to talk to, especially about the way the mind can affect the body - and she really is amazing at getting you out of your fitness funk, and pushing you to do your best in the gym. I have a newfound love for the gym because of her and recommend anyone that is looking either to get better or familiar with what your body can achieve to work with her. Thank you so much for your help with everything.

Used to think I was doing alright with my own Leg Day work outs- then did leg day with Lauren, definetley got a proper work out in this time! Feeling the burnnn and she somehow also made it enjoyable haha! 100/10 would recommend to a friend ��

Lauren is absolutely inspirational! I've been impressed with her knowledge of fitness and training, physiology and diet. She has amazing patience while I take additional time to gain confidence and master the correct form. It's been only 5 weeks, and already I'm seeing results. Looking forward to the next 5 - BRING IT ON!

I had 4 PT sessions with Lauren and I loved everyone of them! Always felt super strong and empowered afterwards. Lauren not only showed me how to properly train using the machines & weights at the gym (which I had no clue about before hand) but she's also fantastic at making you do things you really didn't think you could haha. She's also a lovely person and it was nice to have her to chat to while working out. :-)
