50th meal is free today 🎉🎉🎉. Vegetarian soup is tomato and basil and we also have smoked ham and sweet potato x

brilliant bar. ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, staff were very friendly, background music at a sensible volume. if you are in Oban, it is well worth a visit. ����

Visited yesterday with my 5kids staff where excellent and food was fab lovely environment kids loved it well done will defiantly be back thankyou for your patience and great service made what could have been stressful a very nice lunch with my kids x

Two couples and three dogs were made very welcome! The food was first class, with the best ingredients of the local area ( cheese, seafood). They even have a menu for dogs! We enjoyed a few drams as well- an excellent selection from all over Scotland. We made a night of it as the quiz was on, although we narrowly missed a victory it was still very enjoyable and some good banter with the quiz master.

Staff very friendly and helpful, food was excellent and the portions are great, dog friendly as well, the staff even give your dog treats and their own bowl of water, would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oban

Popped in on a Tuesday night after finding the place on Trip Advisor. The meal was delicious and the service was great! Would definitely recommend it!

Mac and cheese best ever, shame when the 6pm shift change came cos the standard of service dropped and our deserts were mixed up, but the main was lovely we all really enjoyed it. Will defo call again.

Great wee place, modern with an excellent selection of drinks and gins. Table of 12 of us, service was very good, most of us having 3 courses.

Seafood platter, seabass risotto (full fillet, not through the risotto like we thought) and steaks all very fresh and highly recommend. The muscles were also fantastic, only complaint with them us they came with a slice of brown bread instead of a nice big chunk of rustic crusty roll. Would also recommend them having the option to have them as a main as they were amazing!

First time here. Our group had the chicken burger, the Scottish beef ale pie and the highland chicken. All were 5 star, including the sides. The seasoning and batter on the chicken burger was unique and great. A bit peppery, which I like. The peas were fresh and crisp on 3 of the meals. The chips (fries) were crisp and not greasy.

I would highly recommend this restaurant although I was unsure when I walked in.

Feast for a fiver what more needs to be said. With excellent quality food to match that value it's a winner. That southern fried chicken is immense and my wife loved the macaroni and cheese. Little guy demolished the bangers and mash with the bangers coming from the local butchers up the road. Will be back again and again. �

Excellent pub with great staff and food. This was our first time staying in Oban and found this back street pub by chance thankfully. We had the Cullen skink followed by the steakpie and the Highland chicken. Everything was pipping hot, of great quality and tasted amazing. The food deserved to a 6* rating. Would highly recommend this pub if you are in the area.

Best fish and chips ever for only £5.95. Big range on menu at decent prices. Staff very helpful, service prompt. Clean well decorated premises. Wheelchair accessible , beer garden, and drink specials

Been a few times for a munch and drink and it is always first class. Food excellent and a great menu for a fiver. Abi our wee rescue dog always. made welcome and gets provided with water and biscuits Bar staff really helpful and friendly one complaint does not have Thistley Cross cider!Have to slum it on mangers and Prosseco!���

Always a great wee place to take family n friends. Reliable service awesome reasonable priced food and staff are spot on. Will be back defo.
